Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was overall great. The rooms were comfortable, with convenient amenities like a mini fridge and microwave, although the bathroom door didn't open completely. The cleanliness was satisfactory, but a deep cleaning would have been appreciated.
My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were tattered, with older and broken furnishings, and filled with cigarette smoke from outdoors. There was even mold in the bathroom. The morning brought a noisy disturbance and a messy breakfast area with non-guests grabbing food.
The hotel is in a convenient location close to downtown, but the street access is not easy. The rooms were very clean but had a bad odor and appeared old; carpets need replacing. The service was top-notch in getting us to and from our meetings, but some staff seemed rushed. Facilities were decent overall, considering the value for money.
The hotel was a complete disaster. The rooms were nothing as advertised, smelling super clean. There was disgusting access into the building, with side doors non-functional. The continental breakfast disappeared within 20 minutes, and it was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. People were partying all night, there was mold in the tubs - so gross that I couldn't even stay the second night and will be asking for a FULL REFUND. This place should seriously be shut down.
